My experiences in the kitchen
In 1996, I started working at Georges Blanc’s restaurant in Vonnas in France (3 stars in the Michelin Guide).
In 1997, I joined the team of Yves Mattagne, starred chef, at the Sea Grill restaurant located in the Radisson SAS hotel in Brussels (Belgium).
In 1999, I moved to Dubai where I participated in the opening of the most beautiful 7-star hotel in the world, the Burj-Al-Arab.
In 2001, I returned to Belgium to join the Yves Mattagne team and participate in the inauguration of prestigious hotels, such as the Radisson SAS Airth Castle in Scotland and the Radisson SAS Champs-Élysées in Paris.
In 2002, I joined Atelier Yves Mattagne as Creative Director, a position which gave me the opportunity to work for companies such as Thalys and Eurostar. I also led cooking workshops.
My Art’s Foods business

In 2008, I finally decided to start my own food design company, Art’s Foods. I continue to work for the same clients and I now put my creativity at their service to design new recipes and new menus.
